1.When will you ship out the goods after place the order?

A:If premade in stock ,usually will sending out the goods within 3-5 working ,but since crafted items sometime will be out of stock will delay more days, in that way we will mail to you keep you informed

2.What shipping methods you used for the delivery ?

A: For Item Volume&weight 0-4 kg  will ship out mostly by Express such as SF (Priority option), DHL ,TNT,UPS,Fedex etc ,For  Volume&Weight above 4 kg   will not cover for free shipping policy ,need separate inquiry with us.

3.How long will arrival?

A:If by express ,Usually to Europe countries and North America will be 3-7 days arrival ,For South America or other regions will take around 10 days  by estimate.

4.What the shipping package for the items ?

A: Standard Carton package ,if you have special requirment for package ,just feel free to contact with us

A: Yes ,For every item we shiping out will give our customer the tracking number so they can track the shipping byself .
